Concave sidewall technology to achieve increased edge angle geometry without sacrificing ease of sharpening. Advanced multiple radius rocker. Special attention paid to base-plate-to-stanchion squareness, weld integrity, and rocker consistency. Carbon steel. Chrome plated finish. Made in Italy. Limited sizes available: 8 1/4″ – 10 1/2″.
